Return Policies

  • Contact Enhance a Fire for Authorization and RMA number PRIOR to the return.

    Returns and exchanges of Enhance A Fire products must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

    Your order number must be included with the return.

    Customer pays return shipping costs.

    Returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    Merchandise must be returned to us in the same condition it was received. The returned merchandise must be received in re-sellable condition. Returns are issued after product is received and inspected. Returned items that arrive damaged or are missing components will not receive a full refund.

    Exchanges and refunds are applied to the original form of payment. No cash credits apply.

    Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for clearance and final sale items.

  • Cancellation and Return Policy:

    Housewarmings Outdoors products are built-to-order to the exact specifications of each customer. Depending on which products are ordered, the manufacturing time will range between 2-3 weeks after the final design is approved by the customer.

    Full payment of your order is required before we will schedule construction. You may cancel or change your order any time before construction begins, but no changes or cancellations can be made after the construction of your product has started.

    We warrant our products to be free of manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

    Shipping Damage and Missing Items

    Our shipping companies are responsible for ensuring that all pieces of the shipment arrive safely and are responsible for covering any damage that might occur during shipping.  Customers must inspect all products for visible or suspected damage and must document the damage or missing items on the Bill of Lading before signing.  Failure to note damage or missing items on the Bill of Lading will void our claim for compensation from the shipper and you will be charged for any replacement parts needed. Shipping damage or missing item claims must be reported to us within seven (7) days of receiving your product.

    For MINOR Damage Claims or Missing Items

    Customers should accept the product delivery if there are minor visible defects such as; chips, scratches, and scuffs. These types of issues can be easily repaired and do not require a return to the factory. Please make note of visible or suspected damage on the Bill of Lading and list any missing items. Housewarmings Outdoors will make a claim with the shipper and send replacement parts and repair kits directly to you.     For MAJOR Damage Claims

    If significant portions of the product are damaged, or if major components are missing, you should refuse to accept the delivery. Housewarmings Outdoors will submit a damage claim with the shipper and we will contact you to reschedule your delivery.
