Big Green Egg 101 is the perfect introduction to the ultimate cooking experience. This is the perfect class for those new to the Big Green Egg or for anyone that just wants a refresher. You will learn how to grill, roast, smoke, and bake on the Big Green Egg. The class is conducted at our store patio grill center and is taught by one of our in-house grill masters. This class is open to the public for $20.00 per guest but is included at no cost when you buy a Big Green Egg from Housewarmings. These classes are typically held on the 3rd Saturday of each month from April through September weather permitting. Seating is limited so be sure to sign up early.

Our advanced grilling classes are for the grill enthusiasts with a little more experience under their belt that want to branch out and try something more atypical than the usual burgers and hotdogs. Learn the delicate grilling techniques of seafood during our July class, or learn the secret of mass producing grilled appetizers for the whole family in August. If you’re willing to get even more wild with us, try out the “Fowl” class in September where we’re looking to do things like Cornish Game Hen, Duck, and maybe even Goose!* All of these will require you to be familiar and comfortable with your Egg to get the most out of it, but they promise to be a great time, and you’ll be treated to some great eats too. This class is open to the public for $45.00 per guest.
